Any delivery which has to go through the house should be notified at the time of booking.
Any narrow or difficult access should be notified at the time of booking, to allow us to make arrangements for delivery. Otherwise we may be unable to deliver or may have to call back with additional, people or equipment, at further cost. We may have to survery before delivery.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions published on the site and signed on delivery of the unit.
An extension lead is required if the power supply is more than 3 metres from the site of the unit. Any plumbing services underground, near where the unit is to be sited, should be notified to the delivery guys, in advance of inflation, before they peg the unit down.
Cleaning charges will be made for units returned in a poor condition, because of improper use with dirty shoes, or party poppers or food found inside. We will advise at the time of the pick up.
